Job summary

GoTo Group is seeking a strategic professional to orchestrate regular business cadences, deliver executive-level communications, and translate priorities into actionable initiatives across business units. The role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive cross-company programs and monitor progress.

You will build financial models, support strategic projects, and communicate insights through presentations and memos that inform strategic decisions at the highest level.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate strategy, project management, product management, or consulting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leadership.
• Highly organized and process-driven with ability to manage multiple cadences and timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Google Slides; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regular business cadences, strategic reviews, and alignment meetings across GoTo leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and synthesize high-impact presentations, executive memos, and management reports for senior leadership.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear, actionable initiatives across business units.
• Drive and monitor cross-company initiatives with clear ownership and progress tracking.
• Build and maintain financial models and analyses to support planning and decision-making.
• Support ad hoc strategic projects with input from senior stakeholders.
