Job summary

GoTo Group in Indonesia seeks a Strategy & Planning professional to orchestrate alignment and drive operational excellence across our diverse business units. You will translate high-level priorities into actionable initiatives and coordinate cross-functional cadences with leadership.

The role requires strong storytelling for executive management, stakeholder management, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Project Management, Product Management, or Consulting roles.
• Prior experience in a startup or tech company is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact with and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple cadences, timelines, and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and facilitate regular business cadences, strategic reviews, and alignment meetings across GoTo leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and strategic execution.
• Develop and synthesize high-impact presentations, executive memos, and management reports to communicate key insights, progress, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Serve as a central coordination point within the Strategy Office, translating high-level strategic priorities into clear, actionable initiatives across business units.
• Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive and monitor cross-company initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, progress tracking, and timely execution.
• Build and maintain financial models and business analyses to support strategic planning, decision-making, and performance evaluation.
• Support ad hoc strategic projects and initiatives as needed, working with senior stakeholders to address key business priorities and opportunities.

What You Will Need
