Qualifications

4–5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Project Management, Product Management, or Consulting.
Prior experience in a startup or tech company is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior leadership.
Highly organized and process-driven with multiple cadences and shifting priorities.
Proficient in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides; SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

Orchestrate and facilitate regular business cadences, strategic reviews, and alignment meetings across GoTo leadership and cross-functional teams.
Develop and synthesize high-impact presentations, executive memos, and management reports for senior leadership.
Serve as a central coordination point translating priorities into actionable initiatives across units.
Partner with leadership to drive and monitor cross-company initiatives, ensuring ownership and progress.
Build and maintain financial models and analyses to support planning and evaluation.
Support ad hoc strategic projects addressing key priorities.
