Qualifications

• 4+ years in operations, project management, PMO, or similar roles—preferably in creative, marketing, or agency
• Proven track record of improving process metrics: SLA compliance, on-time delivery, rework rates, or cycle time
• Familiar with creative workflows (brief intake, design review, revision cycles, delivery handoffs)

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain creative process standards and SLA compliance; audit monthly and propose solutions
• Build and maintain a creative team dashboard; produce operational reports and trend analyses
• Track cross-brand and strategic projects; monitor ownership, timelines, and delivery status; coordinate with external partners
• Lead rollout of new tools, templates, and process changes; drive retrospectives and feedback loops
