Job summary

PT XLSMART Telecom Sejahtera Tbk is seeking a senior leader to head corporate performance management, driving KPI governance and data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will lead monitoring, framework design, and reporting cycles for executives and the Board, overseeing trends, risks, and improvements with a focus on telecom-scale performance.

The role requires 10+ years in performance management or analytics, with preference for telecom experience and certifications such as

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in corporate performance management, strategy, or business analytics roles.
• Experience supporting executive and Board-level performance reviews in large organizations, preferably telecommunications.
• Certification: Balanced Scorecard Professional or OKR certification is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Oversee company business performance monitoring, ensuring consistent tracking of strategic objectives, KPIs, and initiatives across the organization.
• Design and govern corporate KPI frameworks, including target setting, cascading, measurement standards, and performance review cadence.
• Review and analyze performance trends and variances, identifying risks, opportunities, and corrective actions for management attention.
• Manage corporate performance reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, annual), including executive and Board-level performance materials.
• Strengthen performance management processes and tools, driving standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
