GoTo Group is seeking a seasoned People Business Partner for its Tech team. You will partner with senior leaders, balancing business needs with employee wellbeing, and drive talent and culture strategies across GoTo Group.

You will lead strategic initiatives, coach leaders, and ensure programs meet high standards and regulatory requirements. You will work within the PAC team to advance diversity and inclusion, possess data-driven decision making, and contribute to a global project portfolio

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional able to handle a large business unit and engage executives.
• Strong in business partnering, OD, performance management, and talent development.
• Fluent in data concepts and able to use pivot tables and charts for insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to shape people and culture strategies for GoTo Group Tech.
• Lead and implement talent strategies including succession planning and development.
• Evaluate strategies, diagnose issues, and drive strategic HR initiatives.
• Align PAC programs with business needs to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coach, mentor, and provide actionable feedback to leaders and teams.
