Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Partnership, Business Development, Strategic Partnership, or related fields, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record in acquiring strategic partners, negotiating commercial agreements, and delivering measurable business results.
• Strong professional network across corporations, brands, communities, event organizers, or relevant industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify partnership opportunities that create business value.
• Experienced in managing teams, setting KPIs, and driving performance.
• Willing to travel for business meetings, events, and partnership development activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth.
• Identify, approach, negotiate, and secure partnerships with corporations, communities, event organizers, institutions, and other potential business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners to create sustainable, long-term collaborations.
• Initiate and execute co-branding campaigns, sponsorships, event collaborations, and joint marketing programs.
• Develop innovative partnership programs that generate measurable brand exposure, customer engagement, leads, and revenue.
• Manage the entire partnership process, from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation, execution, and performance evaluation.
• Lead and develop the partnership team, establish clear KPIs, and ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, retail, and digital teams to maximize partnership opportunities across JETE's business ecosystem.
• Monitor partnership performance, evaluate ROI, and continuously optimize partnership strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand JETE's partnership network nationwide.
