Study Group International is seeking an Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of partner agents, building strong relationships and positioning Study Group’s UK, US and Bellerbys portfolio as the provider of choice for higher education programs.

In this full-time role in Indonesia, you will develop sales account plans, manage pipeline, recruit and onboard agents, and collaborate with product, sales and marketing to spot market opportunities while ensuring SLAs and high partner satisfaction.

Formación

• B2B or Channel Sales experience claimed or preferred.
• Knowledge of international education systems.
• Cold calling experience preferred.
• Customer-service oriented with a consultative selling approach.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Development & execution of sales account plans
• Pipeline Management – Lead Generation and Conversion
• Work with product, sales and marketing to identify market trends and opportunities for student recruitment
• Capable of managing a strong partner network and ensuring SLAs for customer satisfaction
• Recruit new agents and onboard them
• Represent Study Group at exhibitions and recruitment events
• Identify partner growth opportunities and active risk management
• Provide high-quality product and process training to agents
• Monitor competitor activity for market awareness and analysis
