Job summary

Hero Esports, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to drive end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale eSports events in Jakarta. You will develop plans, coordinate venues, manage budgets, and align internal and external teams to deliver on time and quality.

You will build relationships with developers and sponsors, drive risk management, stay ahead of industry trends, and craft client proposals with clear objectives and budgets. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience with event operations and team leadership.
• Ability to plan large-scale projects and execute major events.
• Strong cross-cultural communication with global teams, partners and sponsors.
• Good finance understanding; budget control and cost management.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, including goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Oversee end-to-end management of eSports tournaments, including venue coordination and live broadcasts.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with game developers, eSports organizations, and partners.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring rational resource allocation and cost control.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend project innovations.
• Develop proposals detailing background, objectives, scope, plans, and budgets.
