Maxim is seeking a strategic, results-driven leader to grow our marketing division in Surabaya. You will guide marketing initiatives, support and develop a cross-functional team, and translate market insights into practical plans that deliver lasting results.

Develop strategic plans, lead campaigns, and mentor team members. Focus on profitability through operational efficiencies, cost control, and revenue growth for sustained business success.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in strategic planning, marketing, or management.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Familiarity with marketing, reporting tools and analytics.
• Experience with advertising, promotional campaigns, or brand expansion is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop and deliver strategic plans aligned with company goals and growth.
• Lead advertising, promotional, and affiliate marketing initiatives to expand brand reach.
• Create work plans, timelines, and metrics; monitor progress and adjust plans.
• Coach and mentor team members to support development.
• Improve profitability through cost control and revenue initiatives.
• Establish and review KPIs; prepare performance reports for senior management.
