Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of marketing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in B2B marketing, preferably HR tech, SaaS, technology, or professional services.
• Proven track record of developing strategies that drive growth and revenue.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with C-level executives.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking to translate data into action.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
