Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in packaging manufacturing.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Experience in Forwarder/Logistics is prioritized.
• Strong knowledge of MRO products and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to drive a car.
• Willing to interview and work at Cikarang.
• Able to join ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Analyze breakdown costs and identify cost-reduction opportunities in import and local purchases.
• Manage procurement for MRO supplies, spare parts and consumables.
• Collaborate with departments to forecast procurement needs.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers for competitive terms.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations governing procurement.
• Maintain records of procurement activities and supplier performance.
• Source and evaluate suppliers for price, quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor order status and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Maintenance and other departments to fulfill purchasing requirements.
