Job summary

Bocorocco in Cikupa, Tangerang seeks a Merchandiser Development Manager to connect market insights, product strategy, and business performance into a unified merchandising direction. You will work with Product Development, Design, Production, Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, and Warehouse teams to align product decisions with market needs and business targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in fashion, business, marketing, or industrial engineering.
• 5+ years of Merchandiser/Product Merchandiser experience, with 2+ years in supervisor/manager roles.
• Experience in product planning, merchandise planning, lifecycle management, and assortment strategy.
• Strong understanding of product development from market research to launch.
• Analytical skills for sales data, inventory, margins, and trends.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and retail/manufacturing developments.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Excel; ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop merchandising and product planning strategies based on trends and targets.
• Plan product assortment across offline and online channels.
• Collaborate with Design, Development, Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, Marketing and Sales.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and sales performance for decisions.
• Recommend design, materials, and specs; evaluate prototypes before mass production.
• Oversee distribution and replenishment to meet allocation-driven stock.
• Analyze performance: sales, sell-through, inventory, margins, profitability.
• Ensure merchandising processes meet timelines and targets.
