Job summary

PJ-TEK MANDIRI is seeking a dynamic Retail Partnerships professional to lead collaborations with modern market retailers and manage promotions for both online and brick‑and‑mortar channels.

The role focuses on planning marketing activities for e-commerce and offline stores, while maintaining strong relationships with partners and buyers. English fluency and retail experience are essential for daily communications and strategy execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail partnership, merchandising, retail marketing, and brand building/product marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail company.
• Experience in the beauty industry is a strong plus.
• Business-level English proficiency for daily communication with buyers.
