Job summary

PJTEK Mandiri is seeking a dynamic Retail Partnerships & Merchandising Specialist to drive retail collaborations and co-marketing initiatives with partners. You will manage promotions, analyze market trends, and support growth across e-commerce and offline stores.

The role requires 2–3 years in retail partnership/merchandising, a Bachelor's degree, and strong business English for daily buyer communications. Based at the BSD Head Office in Tangerang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in retail partnership, merchandising, retail marketing, and brand building/product marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail company.
• Experience in the beauty industry is a strong plus.
