PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari (APL), part of Zuellig Pharma, is seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring Medical Devices & Diagnostics (MDD) clients and expanding market presence in Indonesia.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Finance to ensure service levels and governance while negotiating contracts and forecasting sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• 4–7 years of progressive B2B commercial, key account management, or business development experience in Healthcare, Medical Devices & Diagnostics (MDD), or pharmaceutical distribution.
• Strong proficiency in portfolio margin management, contract negotiation, and sales forecasting.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proven capability to lead cross-functional stakeholders and handle client escalations effectively

Responsibilities

• Drive Business & Revenue Growth: Lead the proactive acquisition of new MDD clients and business partners while meeting and exceeding annual commercial sales, revenue, and margin targets
• Client Retention & Value-Added Solutions: Strategically manage client renewals, build long-term trust, and identify opportunities to cross-sell and implement value-added logistics, digital, and commercial solutions
• Commercial Governance & Reviews: Serve as the central single point of contact for client accounts, facilitating high-impact quarterly and monthly business reviews.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Finance to ensure contractual service levels and governance compliance
