Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–3 years of marketing/brand management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written Indonesian and English communication.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships and negotiate budgets with clients.
• Responsive, agile, and able to deliver effective presentations.
• Willingness to be placed in Bandung.

Responsibilities

• Translate the core marketing strategy into actionable tactical programs for the department.
• Develop tailored communication strategies that resonate with clients and boost brand awareness while upholding MANUSA's core values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and represent the company to protect its external image.
• Assist in planning and execution of all marketing initiatives, including digital, email, and social media campaigns.
• Act as the communication bridge between clients and MANUSA's internal teams for coordination and client support.
