PT Porto Indonesia Sejahtera is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to lead the development of integrated marketing plans in North Jakarta (Kapuk Muara) and surrounding areas. You will drive strategy, media planning, and cross‑channel campaigns, coordinating advertising, copywriting, and content production for both ATL and BTL promotions.

The role demands strong collaboration, strategic thinking, and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Management, Business, or related field.
• Experience in developing Marketing plans including digital ads, Social media campaigns, PR, Marketing, Event Planning, or related.
• Proactive and a fast learner, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes while working independently.
• Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
