Grab is seeking a Marketing Execution Associate in Bandung to support the Marketing Execution Manager in developing and implementing strategies across multiple products. The role focuses on smooth execution of campaigns, insights-driven decisions, and close collaboration with partner teams.

You will be based on-site in Bandung and report to the Marketing Execution Manager. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in marketing, strong budget management, and the ability to translate local Bandung insights

Qualifications

• You have at least 4+ years of experience in Marketing (Brand and Product Management, Advertising, Research, or Creative) with the ability to support integrated strategy development and help manage campaigns.
• You can develop innovative marketing ideas through multiple channels that resonate with local audiences.
• You can manage budgets, ensure quality of marketing materials, and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and implement quarterly marketing strategy plans across all business products for Bandung.
• Assist in implementing campaigns from planning to post-campaign analysis to ensure outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage partner initiatives and stakeholder relationships.
• Gather and analyze marketing insights and data to support decision-making.
• Oversee daily and weekly city operations and manage tactical marketing projects across verticals.
• Help manage the Bandung city marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.
