Job summary

MANUSA is seeking a marketing professional to translate strategies into campaigns and drive tactical execution in Bandung area. You will tailor communication approaches for each client while upholding MANUSA’s brand identity and values.

You will build and maintain strong client relationships, support planning and execution of digital and social campaigns, and serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignments with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
• Strong English proficiency and presentation skills.
• Proactive, agile, and adaptable with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing strategies into actionable campaigns and tactical execution plans.
• Develop communication approaches tailored to each client while maintaining MANUSA’s brand values and identity.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, including digital, social media, and campaign activities.
• Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring client needs align with operational capabilities and business objectives.
