Job summary

Bitera Data Center seeks a Marketing Director to plan and direct marketing activities, develop strategies, and lead the marketing team to meet objectives.

You will build and manage the company’s social media presence, create messaging for collateral, and oversee budgets, ROI and performance analytics to support growth.

Fluent in English with strong communication skills and a background in information technology or data center industries is required.

Qualifications

• Min 4 year as marketing strategic, campaign and planning with managerial level.
• Have background and good knowledge in Information Technology and Data center industry
• Fluent in English
• Have good communications, action oriented and good self motivation

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct marketing activities or policies to promote products or services, working with advertising or promotion
• Develop marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost & markup factors
• Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Website, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant
• Create messaging for marketing collateral that aligns with, supports, and promotes corporate activities (such as PR, recruitment, lead generation)
• Direct the hiring, training, or performance evaluations of marketing or sales staff and oversee their daily activities
• Control the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
