Requirements

• Ability to report directly to the CEO, expected to be able proactively driving initiatives and providing direction on company-wide marketing strategy to the CEO
• Strong foundation in strategic marketing and implementation, with the ability to translate strategy into execution
• Ability to develop and execute annual marketing agenda, including clear vision and strategic direction aligned with business needs for the data center industry
• Ability to work as an independent individual contributor, with the competency to build and execute data center marketing plans autonomously
• Proven experience in establishing and executing end-to-end marketing strategy, including building marketing foundations from scratch in a structured, step-by-step approach
• Ready to take ownership of Qualified Leads as the primary KPI, with future involvement in revenue-related targets
