Job summary

Six Senses Bali is seeking a Loss Prevention Manager to lead security operations across the resort, safeguarding guests, staff, and facilities. You will guide loss control, implement best-practice security standards, and oversee major security systems and initiatives.

You will collaborate with departments and external agencies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements while driving a cost-conscious security program and staff training to maintain a safe guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some supervisory/training experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and more than five years’ experience in a similar security role preferred.
• Fluent in English; visa/work permit requirements to be inserted as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in security, loss control, and security programs.
• Guidance on best practice security standards to protect hosts, guests, and property.
• Monitor security conditions and advise on risk mitigation strategies.
