Job summary

Ayana Bali Resort seeks a Loss and Prevention Manager to lead the L&P team in maintaining the highest standards of security and risk management. You will design and implement strategies to reduce theft, accidents, and fraud while conducting regular audits across the property.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in a similar role at a luxury resort, be fluent in English, and hold a Garda Pratama or equivalent security certification. Strong leadership and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Indonesian citizen required.
• Minimum of 2-year experience in the same position at a large luxury resort.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Certified in Security (Garda Pratama or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies to reduce theft, accidents, and fraudulent activity.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of all areas of the property to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage and train a team of loss prevention professionals.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and reporting standards.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and other outside agencies as required.
