Job summary

Saint-Gobain Indonesia is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to develop and execute logistics and export-import sourcing strategies, driving cost savings, risk management, and compliance across cross-border trade.

You will lead category management, supplier negotiations, governance with customs brokers and logistics providers, and mentor a team to deliver sustainable value and improved supply chain performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field; master's beneficial.
• Minimum 8-12 years purchasing experience with logistics focus.
• Strong negotiation, category management, and trade compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics and export-import purchasing strategies.
• Lead strategic sourcing, tendering and contract negotiations for transport, warehousing, and 3PL/4PL.
• Drive cost savings, TCO optimization, and risk management across cross-border trade.
• Lead supplier governance, supplier performance reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to optimize end-to-end processes.
