PT Lippo Malls Indonesia in Bandar Lampung is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to drive tenant acquisition, manage lease administration, and optimize occupancy and revenue for mall assets. You will structure tenancy mix, negotiate terms, supervise LOI and related documents, and maintain strong relationships with tenants while reporting to management.
A bachelor’s degree and 5 years in leasing or retail property, plus excellent English, are required; the role offers a challenging
Conduct tours to prospective tenants for empty or empty areas, active to ensure tenants whose lease period will run out so that they can be followed up, then complete all documents related to leasing with prospective tenants.
Monitor all leasing department activities including unlimited leasing of new units, termination of leases from various aspects, lease transfers.
Propose a good strategy in structuring the leasing area (tenancy mix, brand, etc.) up to the unit price for the unit to be approved by management.
Coordinating the administration of leasing from LOO, LOI, PSM, LAF, RPT, leasing report, etc.
Ensuring the target revenue and occupancy is fulfilled.
Ensuring the area or vacant land in the mall to be a prospect area that can be leased and generate income.
Supervise inputting LOI into the system.
Expanding the tenant database, updating retail development, maintaining relationships with tenants.
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics or any related degree.
Minimum 5 years experience in the same field.
Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
Have an understanding of the current market and submarket conditions.
Able to run reports set by management.
Ability to plan and negotiate and the knowledge of the market.
Strong customer service and client management.
