The ideal candidate has a diploma, minimum three years in sales, training experience, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of market research and data analysis is a plus; willingness to be placed in Surabaya and to travel to Jakarta

Qualifications

• A diploma is required.
• At least three years of experience in a sales role.
• Experience in training firms is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Excellent knowledge of market research and data analysis.
• Knowledge of HSE or PJK3 is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya and travel to Jakarta for one month
