You will develop account strategies, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure outstanding service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales within healthcare, insurance, or corporate sectors (3–5 years).
• Strong understanding of corporate healthcare needs and insurance dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to close complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies for corporate and insurance clients to maximise revenue and market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand service offerings to existing clients.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements with corporate and insurance partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Monitor account performance, KPIs, and provide regular reporting to senior management.
