About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Executive (Corporate / Insurance) to join the Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) team in Denpasar, Bali. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to build and nurture strategic relationships with our most valuable corporate and insurance clients. As a Key Account Executive, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and delivering exceptional value to key accounts. This role combines strategic account management with relationship building, requiring you to work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and business objectives are achieved.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive account strategies for assigned corporate and insurance clients to maximise revenue and market penetration
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within corporate and insurance organisations
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand service offerings to existing clients
Negotiate contracts and service agreements with corporate and insurance partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and favourable outcomes
Monitor account performance, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reporting to senior management on account status and forecasts
Collaborate with internal departments including clinical teams, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Address client concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring issues are resolved to maintain positive relationships
Conduct regular account reviews and strategy sessions with clients to understand their evolving needs and identify additional services that Siloam Hospitals can provide
Contribute to the development and refinement of corporate and insurance packages and pricing strategies
What we're looking for
Proven experience in account management, business development, or sales within the healthcare, insurance, or corporate sectors (minimum 3-5 years)
Strong understanding of corporate healthcare needs, insurance industry dynamics, and managed care models
Excellent negotiation and contract management skills with the ability to close complex deals
Demonstrated ability to identify market opportunities and develop strategic account plans that drive revenue growth
Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders
Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian and other regional languages is advantageous
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field
Knowledge of the Indonesian healthcare landscape and familiarity with Bali's corporate and tourism sectors would be beneficial
