Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a commercial Sales Manager based in Central Jakarta with a hybrid work setup. You will lead B2B sales for existing accounts and new business, driving revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and new client acquisition while coordinating with pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B sales, experience selling IT solutions, SaaS, cloud services, and cybersecurity, and a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Proven experience selling IT solutions, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity, system integration, or managed services.
• Strong relationships with Indonesia-based B2B clients are a plus.
• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Manage long-term relationships with existing B2B clients and act as trusted advisor.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across accounts.
• Develop strategic account growth plans to increase contract value.
• Identify and acquire new enterprise clients through multiple channels.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
