Job summary

Xtremax is seeking a proactive Business Analyst based in Jakarta to translate client requirements into IT solutions. You will collaborate with project teams, document requirements, and support testing and design activities.

You will help build clear specifications, ensure traceability, and assist in business process optimization across projects. A 2+ year background in IT analysis is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as an Information Technology Business/System Analyst.
• Strong analytical thinking to explore our journey and marvelous skills to work in a team, also have a keen attention to detail.
• Experience in writing software requirement specification/technical design documents.
• Experience in IT testing (Writing test cases, executing testing, supporting UAT).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Having a data analytic background will be preferable.
• Placement will be in Jakarta office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and identify complex system's needs.
