Job summary

PT. Kode Aplikasi Indonesia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the evaluation of SOPs and PM frameworks, and to drive project plans from kickoff through warranty completion.

You will direct collaboration between the team and clients, resolve issues, and guide development of SOPs and PM frameworks. We expect 4+ years of PM experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to navigate obstacles with empathy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a project manager.
• Experience leading organizations in companies.
• Knowledge of IT project development methods such as Agile, Waterfall, Kanban etc.
• Strong soft skills: leadership, communication, delegation, time management, analytical, problem solving.
• Experience facing situations full of obstacles and uncertainty.
• High sense of empathy towards the team and the company.
• Ability to reduce conflict both internally and with clients.
• Preferred: proven experience in managing international projects.
• Preferred: project manager training certificate.
• Preferred: leadership training certificate.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation of implementation SOPs and Project Management Frameworks
• Decide plans and strategies for project implementation from kickoff to warranty completion
• Provide direction for collaboration and communication between the team and clients so it runs smoothly
• Provide direction to resolve a problem
• Provide recommendations for the development of SOPs and Project Management Frameworks
• Carry out tasks delegated by the SPV in both strategic and operational areas
• Conduct direct supervision on several projects involved
• Supervise and provide direction to the team
