Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to join our team in Indonesia. You will gather and analyse business needs, translate BRDs into actionable requirements, and guide solutions across IT projects.

You will coordinate with Business Owners, PMs, SA, QA and vendors; ensure documentation meets standards; and produce diagrams, use cases, and UI mocks, while maintaining clear stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years IT or banking industry experience.
• Strong knowledge in banking/business domains listed.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum.
• Experience leading IT projects preferred (BA/Business Partner).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously (5+).

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from Business Owners and stakeholders.
• Analyse requirements to identify business needs and objectives.
• Review BRD and other requirement documents.
• Convert BRD into PCR, RFP, or other docs.
• Prepare accurate meeting minutes with decisions and actions.
• Lead initiatives within the division.
• Monitor projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with PM/Co-PM to track progress.
• Coordinate with SA, QA, business units, and vendors as needed.
• Ensure documentation complies with company policies and standards.
• Translate requirements into diagrams and UI mock-ups as needed.
