Bank Jakarta seeks an experienced Investor Relations Head to lead the IR function and strengthen engagement with investors, analysts, regulators, and capital market stakeholders.

The role ensures transparent, accurate, and timely communication of financial and non-financial performance while supporting funding activities, instrument issuances, and ESG disclosure. Leadership of the IR team and governance are key facets of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in IR, capital markets, or related fields.
• Experience with senior stakeholder engagement and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of capital market regulations and ESG disclosure a plus.
