Job summary

Maybank Sekuritas is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to support the execution of bond, sukuk and equity transactions in Jakarta. You will help prepare registration documents, investor teasers, and information memorandums, while coordinating with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Risk teams to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires up to 3 years in related fields, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Up to 3 years of experience in Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, Audit, or related fields.
Familiarity with Capital IQ, Bloomberg; basic understanding of bonds and sukuk.

Responsibilities

Support execution of bond, sukuk and equity transactions; prepare registration documents and related materials.
Assist in developing investor teasers, presentations, and information memorandums for fundraising.
Prepare and distribute transaction updates and investor communications.
Conduct market research, industry analysis, and benchmarking using financial databases.
Review client backgrounds and financials to support execution and business development.
Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Risk, and other departments to compile required docs.
