Job summary

Blibli, a publicly listed company, seeks an Investor Relations professional to lead earnings communications, investor engagement, and regulatory disclosures, translating business performance for the capital market.

You will work with senior management to deliver clear, credible messages, ensure compliance with OJK/IDX, and support corporate actions on a lean IR team.

Fluent English and strong financial analysis, communication, and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with capital markets or Investor Relations.
• Experience at a publicly listed company or equity research/investment banking relevant to IR.
• Strong understanding of capital market practices, financial performance, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with IR deliverables such as earnings releases, investor presentations, and shareholder meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Investor Relations deliverables including earnings releases, earnings calls, annual reports, and AGMS/EGMS.
• Engage with investors, analysts, shareholders, and other market stakeholders with clear, consistent messaging.
• Monitor market expectations, analyst views, and investor sentiment to provide insights to management.
• Ensure timely, accurate disclosures in compliance with OJK and IDX regulations and coordinate regulatory inquiries.
• Support corporate actions and strategic transactions when applicable.
• Collaborate with Finance, Corporate Secretary, Legal, Strategy and senior management to align external communications.

What You’ll Do

• Manage end-to-end Investor Relations deliverables, including earnings releases, earnings calls, annual reports, public expose, AGMS/EGMS, investor presentations, and other market communications.
• Engage with investors, analysts, shareholders, and other capital market stakeholders, communicating company performance, strategy, and outlook clearly and consistently.
• Monitor market expectations, analyst views, industry developments, and investor sentiment to provide relevant insights to management.
• Ensure timely and accurate disclosures and reporting in compliance with OJK and IDX regulations, including coordinating responses to regulatory inquiries.
• Support corporate actions and strategic transactionswhen applicable.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Corporate Secretary, Legal, Strategy, and senior management to ensure external communications are accurate, aligned, and well-prepared.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with solid exposure to capital markets and/or Investor Relations.
• Experience in Investor Relations at a publicly listed company, or relevant experience within equity research or investment banking at a securities/investment firm.
• Strong understanding of capital market practices, financial performance, investor communications, and OJK/IDX requirements.
• Hands-on familiarity with key IR deliverables such as earnings releases, investor presentations, earnings calls, annual reports, public exposes, and shareholder meetings.
• Exposure to corporate actions or capital market transactions such as M&A, IPO, rights issues, buybacks, or stock splits is highly valued.
• Fluent written and spoken English, as most Investor Relations materials and interactions with investors and analysts are conducted in English.
• Strong financial analysis, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working in a lean team where responsibilities are shared and each member contributes across the full Investor Relations cycle.
