Pengiklan Anonim in Jakarta is seeking a Corporate Secretary & Investor Relations professional at managerial level to oversee disclosures, governance, and investor communication. You will coordinate regulatory filings to OJK and IDX, manage relationships with investors and analysts, and coordinate GMS and annual/sustainability reporting.
The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, 5–8 years in related functions with 2–3 years in a supervisory capacity, and experience in a tech/digital
Coordinate the preparation and submission of corporate disclosures, announcements, reports, and other regulatory filings to OJK, IDX, and other relevant authorities
Monitor changes in OJK, IDX, and other relevant regulations, assess their potential impact, and coordinate necessary follow-up actions with relevant departments
Coordinate the preparation and execution of General Meetings of Shareholders (RUPS/GMS), including meeting materials, agenda, announcements, invitations, documentation, and post‑meeting reporting
Coordinate the preparation of the Annual Report, Sustainability Report, corporate governance disclosures, investor presentations, public expose materials, and other corporate communication materials
Manage day‑to‑day relationships and communication with investors, shareholders, securities analysts, financial institutions, and other capital market stakeholders
Coordinate investor meetings, analyst briefings, earnings calls, public exposes, conferences, and other investor engagement activities
Prepare and consolidate information related to the Company’s financial performance, business strategy, operational performance, corporate developments, and industry outlook for investor communication and management review
Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Legal, Corporate Communications, Business Units, and other relevant functions to collect, validate, and consolidate information for regulatory and investor‑related purposes
Establish and maintain professional working relationships with OJK, IDX, KSEI, investors, analysts, external advisors, and other relevant stakeholders
Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and deliverables, escalating material issues and risks to the SVP Corporate Secretary & Director as appropriate
Bachelor’s/Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or related field
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in Corporate Secretary, Investor Relations, Capital Market, Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, or related functions [Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role]
Experience in the telecommunications, technology, digital infrastructure, or related industry is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of OJK and IDX regulations, capital market practices, corporate governance, and public company disclosure requirements
Experience handling RUPS/GMS, Annual Reports, Sustainability Reports, public exposes, investor presentations, and regulatory disclosures
Good understanding of financial statements, corporate actions, investor relations, and capital market activities
Strong coordination, project management, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
High level of integrity, confidentiality, attention to detail, and professionalism
