Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in IR, capital markets, or related fields.
• Experience with senior stakeholder engagement and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of capital market regulations and ESG disclosure a plus.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations Head to lead Bank Jakarta’s investor relations function and strengthen engagement with investors, analysts, regulators, and capital market stakeholders.

The role will be responsible for ensuring transparent, accurate, and timely communication of the Bank’s financial and non-financial performance, while supporting funding activities, financial instrument issuances, corporate actions, capital market intelligence, and ESG & sustainability disclosure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Bank Jakarta’s overall Investor Relations strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, regulators, and other capital market stakeholders.
• Lead investor communication activities, including public expose, investor presentations, financial performance communication, and investor materials.
• Ensure financial and non-financial disclosures are delivered accurately, transparently, and in accordance with applicable capital market regulations.
• Provide capital market intelligence, including market trends, competitor analysis, investor sentiment, and strategic insights for Management.
• Support investor engagement related to funding activities, issuance of financial instruments, and corporate actions.Oversee ESG & sustainability reporting and disclosure, including the
• integration of ESG perspectives into investor communication.
• Lead and develop the Investor Relations team while ensuring strong governance, risk management, and compliance within the function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Management, Communication, or other relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 12 years of professional experience, with relevant exposure in Investor Relations, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Securities, Equity Research, Financial Communications, Corporate Strategy, or other related fields.
• Experience may come from banking, financial institutions, securities/investment companies, listed companies, consulting/advisory firms, or other capital-market-related industries.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, financial analysis, capital markets, corporate actions, and investor communication.
• Proven experience managing relationships with senior management, investors, analysts, regulators, and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and strategic information into a clear and compelling investment narrative.
• Good understanding of capital market regulations, disclosure requirements, governance, and risk management.
• Exposure to ESG and sustainability reporting/disclosure will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership capability with experience leading teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.
