Job summary

Ahti Interiors, a premium bathroom and sanitaryware brand, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Indonesia sales function from Bali or Jakarta. You will manage the sales team, drive revenue targets and build a scalable commercial operation under the CEO’s guidance.

The role requires senior, hands-on leadership, with responsibilities spanning strategy, client negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration to grow presence in Indonesia and APAC markets.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing B2B sales teams.
• Proven responsibility for sales targets and team performance.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end sales cycles (lead gen to close).
• Experience in Indonesia and/or APAC region.
• Experience with cross-cultural teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Ahti's sales team across Indonesia.
• Take ownership of national sales performance and revenue targets.
• Coach and develop Sales Executives, Lead Generation Specialists and Account Managers.
• Establish KPIs, targets and sales-management routines.
• Manage pipelines, forecasting and reporting.
