Rotork, a leading global flow control company, is seeking a Senior Inside Sales & Contracts Engineer in Indonesia. The role focuses on delivering superior customer service, preparing quotations and technical proposals, and managing contract documentation.

You will liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery, review order confirmations, and chase outstanding quotations. Strong English and MS Office skills, plus ERP/CAD experience, are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or engineering qualification.
• Experience in a contractual environment and understanding of contract law is beneficial.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Knowledge of CAD/Solid Edge or other CAD tools is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional levels of customer service.
• Respond to queries within pre-agreed timescales.
• Produce sales quotations, pre-qualification documents, and technical proposals.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Ensure quotations are accurate and recorded promptly for booking in.
• Progress and chase outstanding quotations within timescales and report accordingly.
• Maximise potential of key accounts and new business with existing and new customers.
• Coordinate diagrams, drawings and plans as required by orders.
• Review factory order confirmations for accuracy.
• Monitor and adjust sales order promises based on latest information.
• Communicate with factory contacts on delivery issues and escalate as needed.
• Handle purchasing tasks and weekly supplier Expedites.
• Prepare technical schematics and administrative responses to Contracts and Sales Orders.
