Job summary

Beiersdorf is seeking a regional Procurement Specialist based in Indonesia to lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives and act as the local procurement representative. You will collaborate with stakeholders to shape sourcing strategies, drive cost savings, and ensure compliance with governance and sustainability standards.

The role requires 3-5 years in procurement or related fields, with experience in multinational settings and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Category Management.
• Proven track record of managing sourcing projects, supplier negotiations, and contract management activities.
• Experience in regional or multinational environments is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including market analysis, supplier selection, RFx processes, negotiations, and contract management.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective sourcing strategies.
• Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation across indirect spend categories.
• Manage supplier performance, commercial negotiations, and contract renewals.
• Implement regional and global procurement strategies while providing local market insights.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Monitor procurement performance, spend visibility, and savings targets.
• Act as the local Procurement representative for Indonesia, supporting stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
