Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of working experience in a relevant field.

• Comprehensive understanding of HR practices and ethical principles.
• Strong relationship management skills to build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Detail-oriented, assertive, and communicative, with strong critical thinking abilities.
• Willing to be placed in Wanaherang, Bogor Regency.

Responsibilities

• Develop Human Capital Management strategies to support the company’s business and operational objectives.
• Identify and determine the company’s workforce needs in alignment with organizational goals.
• Design employee development programs based on data-driven analysis.
• Analyze productivity and work effectiveness through performance appraisal processes.
• Establish and monitor HCM systems and practices to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Define and monitor employee remuneration policies.
