Job summary

PT AQS Group Indonesia is seeking an HR Executive & Legal Coordinator to support HR operations, legal compliance, industrial relations, and risk mitigation in a manufacturing setting. The role requires strategic thinking, proactive issue management, and strong confidentiality.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Law or HR, at least 5 years of experience in HRGA/Industrial Relations, and must demonstrate proficiency in Indonesian labor law, HRIS, and English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HRGA, Industrial Relations, HR Operations, or Legal Administration.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law, Industrial Relations, HR compliance, and legal administration.

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations, legal compliance, industrial relations, and risk mitigation in a manufacturing environment.
• Manage permits, licenses, compliance trackers, audit documents, and employee documentation.
• Develop SOPs, policies, and organizational documents.
• Communicate with management and external parties to discuss HR, legal, and compliance matters.
