This role will act as a strategic partner across units, driving high performance and future readiness. You will develop integrated HR strategy, lead planning and budgeting, and coach teams to deliver learning and development programs.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years of HR experience with 2–3 years in a managerial role
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
• Solid data literacy and ability to use assessment tools
• Proven expertise in talent development, performance management and learning management
• Strong project management capabilities and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent leadership skills with coaching and mentoring experience

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated human capital strategy aligned with business goals
• Lead mid- and long-term strategic planning for HR value
• Create policies for career, performance and learning management
• Oversee HC budget and manpower planning
• Coach, mentor and develop HR team
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement HR strategies
