Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including identifying talent needs, posting vacancies, candidate selection, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies that align with Indonesian labor regulations.
• Facilitate employee development and training programs.
• Handle HR administration, including maintaining employee data, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
• Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts or employment issues professionally and fairly.
