Job summary

PT Care Technologies is seeking an experienced financial leader to drive cash flow planning and liquidity management across the business. The role oversees treasury activities, accounts receivable and payable governance, and budgeting processes to ensure timely and compliant financial operations.

The position requires strong analytical abilities, team leadership, and a track record of optimizing cash flow, risk management, and financial controls within a technology service context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance-related field or economics with strong analytical skills.
• Minimum 6–8 years of professional experience in Finance, Treasury, AR/AP, or related fields.
• Experience supervising or leading a team.
• Strong cash flow and liquidity management experience.
• Experience with AR and collection management, and with banking transactions and controls.
• Experience supporting internal and external audits, IT/software industry exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cash flow forecasts and projections.
• Monitor short- and medium-term liquidity to ensure sufficient cash availability.
• Ensure funds are available to meet operational and financial obligations.
• Identify cash flow gaps and liquidity risks and recommend mitigations.
• Provide funding and prioritization recommendations based on cash flow requirements.
• Analyze cash flow trends and variances for planning decisions.
• Oversee treasury and banking management including bank accounts and reconciliations.
• Manage AR operations, ensure timely billing and collections.
• Oversee AP activities and payment governance to meet contractual obligations.
• Monitor payment controls and procedures for compliance.
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, and risk management.
