Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in FMCG, Sales Operations, or Distributor Management.
• Strong GTM strategy and territory management experience.
• Proven ability to develop scalable store and distributor expansion models, especially in Modern Trade Independent.
• Experience managing salesforce KPIs, training, and capability development.
• Experience coordinating with Supply Chain on forecasting and inventory planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM strategies to accelerate market penetration and expand market share.
• Manage distributor performance, productivity, and operational effectiveness.
• Define distributor KPIs and conduct regular business reviews with action plans.
• Develop training programs to improve salesman and supervisor productivity and capability.
• Align sales forecasts with supply chain to ensure inventory and demand-supply balance.
• Drive continuous improvements in distributor processes and field execution.
