Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, hospitality, economics, finance, real estate, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
• Proven track record in generating opportunities and partnerships.
• Experience managing projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• CRM and pipeline management experience.
• Business reporting and analytics.
• PowerPoint and presentation development.
• Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
