Job summary

PT Dharmalancar Sejahtera is seeking an experienced Finance Head to lead and optimize the company’s financial operations in Indonesia. You will oversee budgeting, cash flow planning, financial reporting, and cost management to support strategic objectives.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced analytical skills, and the ability to drive improvements across departments while ensuring compliance and reliable financial information for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Min 5 years in Finance or Accounting, with managerial leadership.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, cash flow, reporting and cost control.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decisive.
• Proven leadership and team management.
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting systems.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Experience in shipping/oil & gas/mining is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall financial operations including budgeting and cash flow.
• Prepare and review financial statements, reports and performance analysis.
• Monitor budget realization, expenses and cost efficiency.
• Provide financial insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure timely financial reporting and compliance.
• Oversee tax compliance and coordinate with accounting and tax teams.
• Manage risks and maintain internal controls.
• Lead, develop and evaluate the Finance team.
• Collaborate with departments to improve operational efficiency.
