Qualifications

• Native-level Indonesian and fluent Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Public Administration, International Relations, Business Administration, Law or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to engage government stakeholders and expand external networks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with central and local government institutions.
• Engage with key officials and monitor policy developments.
• Develop relationships with industry associations and strategic partners.
• Support business expansion and cross-sector collaboration.
• Monitor laws and policies affecting operations.
• Provide practical recommendations for regulatory compliance and strategic planning.
• Coordinate government-related processes, including permits and applications for policy support.
• Follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues affecting progress.
• Coordinate government- and media-related matters with internal or external PR teams.
• Identify policy risks and support mitigation plans.
